Elephants in the Kitchen started out as an Artisanal Raw Vegan Cheese company, culturing and aging nut-based cheeses to somewhat mimick cow, sheep, and goat milk cheeses.  We will get back to that one of these days, but for now...

My Passion

Creating delicious, plant-based foods has been my passion for the last 22 years.  Veganism has had a stigma on its name, a love/hate relationship with the masses, yet it continues to be the steadiest growing dietary choice across the globe.
